Afrique du Sud célèbre le 94e anniversaire de Nelson Mandela Ancien dirigeant politique a été président de 1994 à 1999, après avoir passé 27 ans de cellules ns l'apartheid
Johannesburg - Afrique du Sud célèbre le mercredi 94e anniversaire de Nelson Mandela, un jour qui a commencé avec un "Happy Birthday" chanté par les élèves, au cours de laquelle les résidents sont encouragés à accomplir de bonnes actions en l'honneur de l'engagement politique ancien chef.
Dans toutes les écoles en Afrique du Sud, plus de 12 millions d'enfants ont chanté à 08h00 locale (03h00 GMT h) un "Happy Birthday" spéciale, suivie par "nous vous aimons, tata" (que vous aimez, papa).
Merci à l'initiative de son fondateur sur Juillet 18 est devenu le "Mandela Day" (la Journée Mandela), une date reconnue par l'ONU comme un appel mondial à consacrer 67 minutes de leur temps pour aider les autres, selon les valeurs promues par le premier président noir d'Afrique du Sud
De nombreux messages de félicitations est venu d'Afrique du Sud et à l'étranger. Le président américain Barack Obama et son épouse Michelle a honoré sa "inébranlable", son "intégrité" et "humilité".
Nelson Mandela fêtera son anniversaire avec la famille à son domicile de Qunu (sud-est), le village de son enfance où il passe la plupart du temps.
